I’m Dr. Heather, founder and Chief Solutionist of Solutionists International Consulting.

For over 20 years, I’ve partnered with leaders and teams across industries—especially in STEMM—to help them lead with clarity, cohesion, and sustainability. I serve as a Trusted Thinking Partner to both seasoned and emerging professionals who are ready to grow their perspective and take steps forward with greater clarity.

Whether I’m delivering a keynote, consulting with organizations, coaching a distressed leader, or stepping into a temporary leadership role, my goal is the same: to provide actionable insight that transforms the way people lead and work together. I draw on a diverse background in mathematics, international health, medicine, global travel, and leadership development to bring a multidisciplinary, culturally aware, human-centered perspective to every engagement.

As a Certified Maxwell Leadership Team Member and DISC Behavioral Analysis Consultant, I integrate world-class tools with practical experience. My academic journey includes a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from Paine College (HBCU), a Master’s in International Health from Trident University, and a Medical Doctorate from the Latin American School of Medicine—one of the most diverse medical schools in the world.

My approach is grounded in deep reflection, strategic thought, and courageous action—because real growth isn’t just about doing more, it’s about doing the right things with greater alignment.
