I'm Dr. Heather Ross, founder and Chief Solutionist of Solutionists International Consulting. I help capable leaders navigate the responsibility behind the title—the decisions, difficult conversations, competing priorities, and people who depend on them—with greater health, clarity, and capacity.

When leadership gets complicated, I serve as a trusted thinking partner: someone who listens closely, asks the questions that matter, and helps you see a practical way forward.

My signature program, Being the Leader™: Navigating the True Cost of Leadership, grew from a question that continues to guide my work: How do we develop leaders who can carry increasing responsibility well while protecting the health, relationships, and purpose that make their impact worth sustaining?

Through keynotes, workshops, and deeper development experiences, I help leaders examine the person their people experience and choose practical changes that strengthen their judgment, communication, and ability to develop others.

Through Solutionists International Consulting, I provide speaking, executive coaching, leadership and team development, DISC-based experiences, and strategic advisory support.

My academic background includes:

Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Paine College (HBCU)
Master of Science in International Health, Trident University
Doctor of Medicine, Latin American School of Medicine (Escuela Latinamericana de Medicina, Havana, Cuba)—one of the most diverse medical schools in the world

I am also a Maxwell Leadership Team member and Maxwell Method of DISC Behavioral Analysis Consultant. My experience across cultures and communities informs how I listen, interpret complexity, and help people work together.

This foundation equips me to translate complex ideas into clear, practical strategies, leaders can apply immediately.

My Christian faith shapes how I understand leadership, service, and responsibility. I also work with churches, ministry teams, and faith-based organizations to help leaders steward their calling with wisdom, clarity, and care for the people entrusted to them.
