Hi, I’m Dr. Heather, Founder and Chief Solutionist of Solutionists International Consulting.

Solutionists International Consulting is the leadership consulting firm, through which I deliver speaking, consulting, coaching, and training.

For more than 20 years, I’ve partnered with leaders and teams across industries—particularly in STEMM fields (science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and medicine)—to support leadership that is clear, cohesive, and sustainable. I serve as a trusted thinking partner to both seasoned and emerging professionals who are navigating complexity, responsibility, and growth.

Whether I’m delivering a keynote, consulting with organizations, coaching leaders under pressure, or stepping into temporary leadership roles, my goal is consistent: to provide actionable insight that improves how people lead, make decisions, and work together.

In addition to my work with organizations and institutions, I am honored to serve the Body of Christ through leadership support for churches, faith-based organizations, and ministry leaders.
